Mark Parinas

Chief Executive Officer

As the founder of CVHCare, current Chairman of the Board of Directors, and our Chief Executive Officer, Mark has overall responsibility for leading the organization’s continued profitability and stable growth. A healthcare-industry veteran with more than 15 years of Registered Nurse experience within the specialties of Intensive Care and Public Health, Mark has a diverse background in clinical practice. His nursing and executive experience are particularly relevant in the Home Healthcare arena. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial venture with CVHCare, he was an Intensive Care Registered Nurse at Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health. Mark also trained for 5 years with Nestle SA in Business Development prior to beginning his clinical career.

Isobel Parinas

Chief Financial Officer

As a founding member and the Chief Financial Officer, Isobel is responsible for CVHCare’s financial planning, recordkeeping, reporting, analysis and business strategies for growth and scalability. Prior to beginning her career in the healthcare finance arena, Isobel worked with the Intensive Care Department as a Registered Nurse at Kaiser Permanente. Isobel was also part of the financial informatics team that converted Equitable Bank’s information system to prepare for the year 2000.

Myra Santos

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer and member of the executive leadership team, Myra not only oversees the daily operations of the organization, but is responsible for leading compliance efforts, designing and implementing internal controls in accordance with state and federal laws, managing clinical audits and partnering closely with regulatory bodies. Myra brings twenty years of nursing expertise to CVHCare, with previous experience in a variety of acute setting - CCU, CVICU, SDU and TLU. Myra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from San Pedro College.

Marc Pineda

Chief Marketing Officer & CIO

As the Chief Information Officer and member of the executive leadership team, Marc is responsible for developing and maintaining the computer and communication infrastructure of CVHCare, including all software development, data management, information systems. He also provides guidance to CVHCare leadership in the application of technology for business operations, and leads the marketing efforts of CVHCare. Before joining the CVHCare leadership team in 2006, Marc served as a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Nurse at San Francisco General Hospital, as well as internationally as a Medical/Surgical Nurse in Saudi Arabia. Marc holds a BS Degree in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas.

Richard Swartzbaugh

Chief Human Resources Officer

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the executive leadership team, Rich is responsible for end-to-end talent management, including:  talent acquisition, onboarding, alignment of culture, strategy, and execution, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, organizational excellence, wage & hour compliance, employment law, learning management, total rewards, workforce succession planning, diversity / inclusion, employee engagement, HR-related technology. 

 

Rich also supports strategic & tactical planning, enterprise risk management (ERM), regulatory affairs / compliance, and performance excellence.  Rich's prior experience includes pre-acute, acute, and post-acute talent management (home health, SNF, IL, AL, rehabilitation, memory care, pharmacy, hospice), professional services, high tech, medical device, and multi-industry business consulting.  Rich holds an MA, JD, and is well grounded in performance excellence (Joint Commission, Baldrige, California Award for Performance Excellence - CAPE), and has a successful track record helping organizations perfect and scale their talent management & enabling business practices, systems, processes, and technology.  Working together, CVHCare's talent management practices, business practices, technology solutions, and overall patient experience will continue to position

CVHCare as the Provider of Choice, and the Employer of Choice in the markets we serve.
