Since joining the team in 2010, I’ve grown with CVHCare personally, as well as professionally - in positions from RN Case Manager to Patient Care Manager, then Director of Patient Care Services. I have kept the same values from day one: hard work and dedication leads to success. Not just for myself, but for my team and my company. As I interview new & eager candidates, their strong desire to become a part of our family continues to impress me and only affirms the loyalty and respect I have for CVH. We thrive within a culture where employees are empowered to make decisions and take personal ownership of the work they do. I do not have any regrets since joining the team in '09. I've met a lot of awesome people and learned so much. I don't have any family locally, but CVH has become my family! I thank the leadership team for giving me the change to represent CVH. I'm able to show people throughout the community how proud I am to be a part of such an amazing company. I'm also very proud and thankful that our clinical team makes sure that patient needs are met and the highest quality of care is always provided.
